OPINIONS IN BELGIUM SUGGESTED PURCHASE BY GERMAN GOVERNMENT. Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copy right, PARIS, February 24. (Received February 25, at 9.5 a.m.) A French journalist visiting Brussels, inquiring us to the ‘Dawn' film, says that the popular sentiment is that all Belgians will file before the film, considering it their duty, owing to patriotism and gratitude. The manager of a cinematograph agency, however, expressed the opinion that the film would never be seen, declaring it would be bought and destroyed by tho German Government.—A. and N.Z. and ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
