SIX BOATS BY ONE BUILDER PROVINCES TO DRAW LOTS [From Our Own Reporter.] HALFMOON BAY, February 23. Following on Betty’s superiority, tho Dominion Yachting Conference last night decided to set up a special committee, comprising delegates or representatives of each province, to revise tho plans and specifications of the Ilona type boats with a view to obtaining uniformity. A long discussion took place on a proposal by Mr J. Hislop (Auckland) for a group scheme lor building six Bona boats by one builder, each province to draw for boats when construction was completed. Tho proposal was referred to tho various associations for consideration.
