TiILBSDAY, FEBRUARY 23. (Before. .Mr J. B. Bartholomew, B-M-) JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFFS. “ There is only ono conclusion to come to on the evidence: That the collision occurred .substantially as stated by Hope and his witnesses, and was due to the negligence of defendants driver,” said the magistrate, alter roviewin" the evidence in the case in which Hope Bros. (Mr P. S. Anderson) claimed £193 from W. Gregg and U>., Ltd. (Mr R, L. Fairmaid) damages and depreciation alleged to have been caused to plaintills’ motor bus from a collision that resulted through the negligence ol dolcndants’ driver. Judgment was accordingly given tor plaintiffs for £19:5, costs amounting to £l7 10s being allowed. UNDEFENDED CASES.

Niven and Co., Ltd. v. James C, Waldcrs and Thomas M. Ryan (Gore), £ll 12s, goods supplied; Wallace A. Graham v. 0. F. O’Neill, £ls ss; work done and goods supplied; John Edward Butler, Ltd. v.
