WEMBLEY DANCE CLUB

The Wembley Club is arranging a “ Welcome Dance ” in honor of the visit of H.M.S. Laburnum, the Australian cricketers, and champion cyclists for Saturday evening in the ' Early Settlers’ and Pioneer Halls. It will take the ofnn of a carnival night, patrons and guests receiving balloons and paper hats. Both halls are being transformed for the occasion by elaborate decorations and lighting effects. Arthur Gordon’s Dance Rand and AVill Smith’s Kapai Orchestra are preparing a programme.
