NORTH-EAST HARBOR NOTES
Weather conditions wore inclined to he against a picnic on Saturday, nevertheless a number of school children and their parents who had .arranged to go to the school picnic at Ross Point were tar from deterred, and all set out in the hope that at least the rain would keep off, even if the sun didn’t shine. Luckily, this was the case, and at Harris’s paddock young and old enjoyed themselves to the full. Thanks are due to the Peninsula Bus Company for its adequate service, and in the completeness of all other arrangements the committee was congratulated on all sides.
