HEW ZEALAND REGISTRATIONS [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, February 21. Motor vehicle registrations in New Zealand continue to increase (according to a report made available for publication by the Minister of Public Works (Mr K. S. Williams). At the end of January the registrations had reached a total of 172,798. The figures for the previous month were 171,285. Details of the return up to and including January 31 for both islands are as under;— —North Island.—
