HALFMOON BAY, February 21. Threatening weather and a full-sail westerly breeze were the ruling conditions at Stewart Island this morning A high gale was blowing at daybreak, but it eased off to a. steady full-sailer by midday. Paterson’s Inlet is choppy, but the jobblo is not so heavy as to require the fixing of a new course off Halfmoon Bay. [Should the result be too late for the stop press it will bo displayed in the city.]
