BUILDERS’ CONFERENCE
THE GHRIBTGHURGH PROGRAMME The following; is the programme for tho annual conference of the Now Zetiland Federation, to be held in Christchurch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursda.v, February 2), 22, and 23, 1928:—“ Tuesday, February 21. Northern members'to be met at Lyttelton, and conveyed to their hotel; 10 a.in., His Worship tho Mayor will welcome delegates and their lady friends at the Builders’ Chambers; 11.15 n.m., conference opens and continues until 12,45 p.m. Afternoon session, 2 to 0 o’clock; 7.30 or 8 o'clock, theatre party. Wednesday, February 22.—9.30 a,in,, conference resumes and continues until 12.45 p.m. Afternoon session, 2 to 6 o’clock; 8 o’clock, complimentary dinner in Jcllicoe Hall. Thursday, February 23.—10 n.m., leave Christchurch for Waihora Park, Motukarara, via Sumner, Lyttelton, Governor’s Bay, and Gebbio’s Valley; 1 p.m., lunch, sports in afternoon; 4 p.m., tea; 5 p.m., leave for Christchurch; 8 p.m., theatre party. Friday, February 24.—Private trips for those desiring same. Visiting ladies will be entertained each day. The following will be the delegates to tho conference; —Messrs F. L. Lawrence, J. 11. Watt (Wellington), F. J. Fawcett, A. Fletcher. W. Parkin, W. Alii! (executive), and F. Boss (secretary).
