DISCOVERED IN LISBON LONDON, February. 19. The Lisbon correspondent of ‘The Times ’ reports that the police discovered Communists planning bomb outrages and murders. The authorities raided a number of houses and cafes, seized fifty bombs, and made ton arrests.
