GAS IN WARFARE
M. BRIAND’S REMINDER. PARIS, February 18. M. Briand has reminded the thirtyseven nations who are signatories to the agreement to renounce poison gas as a method of warfare that only France Venezuela, have ratified it. Consequently at present the agreement is only operative between t hese Powers.
