AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND MINISTER TO VISIT DOMINION Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, February 16, (Received February 16, at 10.10 a.m.) Mr Bruce announced that arrangements had been made for the Minister of Trade and Customs, the Hon. H, E. P,ratten, to leave Australia for New Zealand on March 8 for tho purpose of discussing a reciprocal trade treaty between the Commonwealth and the dominion, and general trade relations.
