DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. There was little alteration in the quotations for the various stocks on this morning’s ’Change. Banking shares continued firm. Buyers of Commercial Banks improved their quotations to £1 7s sd, but sellers would not come below £1 7s 9d. The only seller in the insurance section asked 15s 6d for Nationals, but the best buying offer was 15s 4d. A seller of P. and 0. Deferred Stocks was prepared to quit at £248, but no buyers offered. In the miscellaneous section sellers of Dominion Hubbers reduced their quotation to £2 Is Od without attracting a buyer, while a selling offer of N.Z. Paper Mills at 17s still failed to bring forth a buyer. The mining shares remained unaltered, while the Government "War Bonds continued firm. Quotations as under:
