STATISTICAL RETURNS SUBSTANTIAL INCREASES RECORDED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, February 13. (Received February 14, at noon.) The Budget will show a trade increase during the ten months ending January 31 of 27,000,000d01. The imports increased 56,000,000d01. The domestic exports decreased 36,000,OOOdol, and the foreign exports increased nearly 6,000,000d01, The total trade was approximately two billions.
