"OURSUANT to the provisions of Section JL 24 of By-law No. 18 (1926), of the Cily- of Dunedin, Public Notice is hereby given that the Dunedin City Council, at a meeting of the said Council, held on the Bth day of February, 1928, passed the following resolution abolishing the taxi car stand on the couth side of Water street, and creating a stand on the north side of the said street, with extension on the south side thereof—viz. That, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of By-law No. 18, of the City of Dunedin, the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves as follows: (a) That (he stand for taxi cars heretofore appointed on the south side of Water street, and thence extending in a southerly direction down Bond street abreast of the old Post Office building, hr 'and Ihe same is hereby abolished. (b) That a stand for the use of motor cars licensed for the purpose of plying for hire ho and is hereby appointed on the north side of Water street, such stand to commence at a point 30ft from the intersection of Princes street and Water street, and extending in an easterly direction to within 30ft of the intersection of Water street and Bond street; thence continuing from a point on the south side of Water street 30ft from the intersection of Bond street and Wafer street, and extending in an easterly direction to within 30ft. of the intersection of .
