POLITICAL POWER VETOED NO RIVAL LEAGUE OF NATIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HAVANA, February 10. (Received February 13, at 9 a.m.) The Pan-American Conference defeated a resolution by 12 against G which would have given the Pan-Ameri-can Union political power, and made it practically an American League of Nations.
