RADIO TELEPHONY
WASHINGTON AND BERLIN LINKED WASHINGTON, February 10. A radio telephonic service between here- and Berlin was formally inaugurated to-day with conversations between high officials of the two Governments.— A. and N.Z. and Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
