An Irishman was telling Ins friend about a narrow escape during the war. “I’hc bullet wint through me chist and out of me back,” Pat said boastfully. “But,” answered his friend, “it wint through ye heart thin.” Pat thought a minute'. “No, me heart was in me mouth at the time,” came the quick reply.
