(Deceived February ”, at 1.30 p.m.) News from Miami states that three local banks failed to open for business to-day, ostensibly because of tbe runs due to the circulation of an anonymous letter declaring one bank to bo weak; but it is believed that this is another evidence of the continued deflation due to the Florida land boom.
