TROUBLE IN BOMBAY AND MADRAS

DELHI, February 3. In connection with tlio arrival of the Simon Commission to-day an effective hartal (demonstration) as a protest was observed in Bombay, and also in Madras, where a disturbance occurred. The police fired, killing one person and wounding five. A. and N.Z. and ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
