Mr William M'Adoo, whoso contest with Governor Smith for the Presidential nomination nearly caused the collapse of the 1924 Democratic Convention, has announced that ho will not bo an aspirant for nomination in 1928, and, by inference, invito dins opponent to withdraw. Mr Smith declined to comment.
