MASGULINE VOGUE OVER SKIRTS TO BE FULLER. Preo* Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. PARIS, September 17 “The vogue of masculine clothes for girls is over,” declares M. Jacques Worth. “The Eton crop and other boyish fashions are doomed, and fashionable people will soon be discarding tight skirts and mannish skirts. The keynote of the modes will bo softer lines. Skirts will continue to be short, but they will be luller, and hats will be more feminine.
