Vegetable prices are-Potatoes, 7s Cd a cwt, or 121 b for Is; carrots, 101 b for Is; parsnips, 81b for 1s; cabbages, 6d and 8d each; cauliflower, 3d, 4d, 6d, and 8d each; swede turnips, 141 b for Is; lettuce, 4d to 6d each; rhubarb, 8d bunch; hothouse cucumbers, 2s.
