(Received September 15, at 11.5 a.m.) Chicago reports that tho Middle Western States are suffering the warmest September weather on record. Many deaths have occurred. Temperatures ranging from 90deg to 108 deg have been registered. Eight deaths occurred in Chicago -alone. Many schools in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri are closed owing to the intense k»at.
