RAGLAN BY-ELECTION
SEPTEMBER 29, POLLING DAY [Per. Exited Pii'-ss Association.] HAMILTON, September 13. The poll in the Raglan by-election takes place on September 29. There will probably be five contestants for the seat. Mr W. Lee Martin (.Labor) and Mr A. L. Waring (Reform) opened their election campaign last night.
