Mr Dandurand declared that Canada could not accept the protocol owing to tho results that would arise in event of its application to the United States. Canada would stand true to arbitration, despite the fact that she had on some occasions lost territory to the United States through its application Tho plenary sitting of the Assembly was fixed for Thursday next.—A. and N.Z. and ‘Sun’ Cable.
