BRITISH AIM ORGANISATION CHANGES ANNOUNCED. ?reas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 11. A War Office memorandum declares limb recent developments in military K'ience, particularly the continuous extension of mechanised transport, have iccessitated a modification or organisaion, which has substantially changed ince 19,0-1. It has been decided to concentrate!' under a single member of the Armv (Journal, the study of technical problems relating to military stores and vehicles; ensuring a more scientific grouping.- Consequently tho Quartermaster general of Ordnance will ho responsibly for research experiments relating to track, semi-track, and other vehicles. The Quarter-master General takes pver fortifications, works, and tho accommodation of troops, and this involves the creation of a fourth principal officer, a deputy-master of ordwho wiM be attached to general headquarters in war time.—A. and K.Z. and ‘Sun’ Cable.
