LODGE MEETINGS.

Tho fortnightly meeting of the Antidote Division, Sons and Daughters of Temperance, was held in lower Burns Hall on Monday evening, Bro. C. M'Nicoll presiding over a good attendance of members. The principal business was the reading and adoption of tho half-yearly report and balancesheet, which showed tho division funds to be in a very satisfactory condition, the increase for the half-year being £IBB os lid. The total funds now stand at £5.842 15s 2d. A visiting sister from England wa3 introduced by the Yv.P. and given a hearty welcome by the division. It was decided to hold a social evening at an early date, and a strong committee was formed to carry out the same. One candidate was initiated. Receipts for the evening, £23 lis 6d.
