J. Waters, Hotel proprietor. Mr Waters said that he Md no dbjeßtto*} to prddtibb this tttfrfieOieht for the perusal At the Assignee and the general body of the creditors, but not for tho benefit of the Bank of New Zealand. [The question, it .appeared from the discussion, was whether the agreement contained a provision as to •payments to the bank.} -• The Assignee decided that hjo x had not the Sower to compel Waters to produce tlie ocument. The Debtor, in answer to.the Assignee, said that--the- agreement provided that Waters should take back at valuation the stock, furniture, and effects which had been purchased from him; Waters to be allowed LSOfor doing, soi TJhe valuation, he eom» plained, was an unfaitf one ( j At this stage' of, , tlie'proceedings the seized oh Waters a notice to i3rdduce the document in question.
