The North Dunedin Rifles cofflpttf e(i e at their range this morning the first stage iO r the Company's Belt, and also third stage for places for the Ladies' Shield. The morning was a very fair one for shooting, though the sun was very trying at the range, it being in the eyes of the "shootists." The ranges were 200 and 500 yards (Wimbledon targets 1876); seven shots at each, standing at 200, any position at 500. Twenty members of the company competed. Below we attach the ten highest scores :
