OCEAN BEACH RAILWAY.
To the Editor. Ser,—A portion of my letter of yesterday was not published, in which I. quoted verbatim the prospectus. I can hardly see how I can be accused of quoting unfairly, unless you and others consider that “at or near ” the Forbury road means even a quarter of a mile away, and that through heavy sand, which is really worse than twice the distance on a metal road.—l am, &c.
