INTERCOLONIAL NEWS. Sydney, October 12. The rumors as to the discontinuance of the Pacific service have been contradicted. Steps will, however, probably be taken to avoid the necessity of keeping one boat idle here for nearly six weeks. The City of San Francisco leaveß to-morrow for San Francisco.
