A SUGGESTION.

To the Edttor. SlK,—Will you kindly allow me a small space to point out to the Education Board the necessity of attending to a want felt by many attending the public schools—viz., the presence of a plentiful supply of pure cold water for drinking? See the Normal School, where so many children attend. Certainly there is a sufficient quantity of reservoir water laid on; but is it fit for the children to drink? I think not, and lam sure any one who ha» tasted it will a»ree with me.—l am, &c, ,. G.M. R. Dunedin, October 12.
