PELICHET BAY BATHS.
To the Editor. Sift, —Now that the bathing season is About to commence, it is a matter of surprise that nothing whatever has been done to Yonder the Pelichot Bay Baths more commodion» and inviting ,to bathers. The accommodation j)rovid ed is altogether inadequate, while at low water on a warm summer’s dAy the swimming baths are swarming with, amphibious humanity, resembling a duck pond in its muddiest and filthiest condition. Auckland and Wellington have splendid oaths; Dunedin, supposed to be the most progressive, grudges even the expenditure of a few pounds towards improving a miserable structure, which would disgrace any fourth-rate town in the country, 1 am, &c., Judgment. Dunedin, October 2.
