Francis, and Base v. Francis were neighbors’ quarrels. In the first case defendant was fined 10s and costs j in the second she was mulcted in-costs. Matrimonial Differences. —Cameron v. Cameron was a complaint by the wife of the bad treatment of ner .husband, who she prayed might be bound over- to keep the peace.—The complainant’s statement was that since her return home the defendant had treated her shamefully, and on'tho evening named in the information tnade'mse of such threats that that she was in fear o ® ke denied that she had"been drinking on that occasion, and evidenoe in support of her testimony was given by a neighbor.—-Defendant, who at the outaer had applied for and been refused* a on account of the absence of Sfc JSSE? made no defence.-The oyer to keep Hie peace for twelve months in hm own surely of LSO and one surety“f L 25, and declined to answer his question whether a rehearing would be granted.
