Through the courtesy of the District Registrar, Mr A. R. Ure, we are enabled to supply the following particular* ef registration for the Dunedin district for the September quarter:—■
The returns for the corresponding quarter of 1874 gave—Births, 422; marriages, 128 • deaths, 113. The returns from January to September of the present year show that 1,339 births have been registered, 335 marriages, and 4VI deaths.
