The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the criminal sessions, commencing on Monday next : John Mason, stealing in a dwelling-house at Dunedm.

In reference to the libel case, we understand that the Crown Prosecutor having declined to prosecute, the indictment hat been prepared in Messrs Macassey and Kettle's office.
