Judgment was given by default in the following cases:—Arrol v. Greenwood, claim L2 lis, for goods supplied; Hutchison y. Lennar, 12s, for rent. Coleghan v. M'Lennan.--ClaimL2 12s 6d, for goods supplied. Defendant admitted the debt and judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with coßts. Bennett v. George.—Claim L 5 16s, for rent, and an application for an ejectment order. Mr E. Cook appeared for plaintiff.— Judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, and .defendant was instructed to leave the premises. : Stamper y, Main.—ln this adjourned case plaintiff elected to take a nonsuit, and judg* ment was given accordingly.
