Among the reserves vested in the Corporation by the Dunedin Reserves Management Ordinance, 1867, is "No 9, Reserve for Public Bathsall that area in the Province of Otago, con taining by admeasurement four (4) acres three (3) roods and twenty-one (21) poles, more or less, situated in the Town of Dtmedin, being reserve set apart for publio baths, asxlelineated on the map of the said town, and as the samt is.bounded and described in the Crown grant thereof.
