A WEARY TRAVELLER’S COMPLAINT.

To the Editor. \ Sir, — Will you allow me through the medium of your columns to point out a great want that is felt by those who take an afternoon’s drive or walk, from Dunedin to the Ocean Beach, via the Forbury road. The want I refer to is a half-way house or an hotel where the pedestrian, could prccure’refreshmehts and have'a rest. The Forbury store would be the most suitable stand, and would answer all the requirements. Trusting that some steps will be taken this licensing term to have the above opened as an hotel. —I am, &c., Pedestrian. Dunedin, September 2.
