No. 1, having a frontage of 55ft to Manor place by a depth of 66ft frontage to Lec-s street, realised L 31 5; lot 2, frontage of 66ft to Lees street by a depth of 55ft, L 270; l'-t 4, with a frontage of 55ft by a depth o£ 132 ft, L 360. : Lot 8 did not sell.
