Tuesday, August 22. (Before T. A. Mansford, Esq., R.M.) Vagrancy.—Ah Say, charged with having no visible means of support, was remanded to Dunedin. CIVIL CASES. In the following cases judgment was given for the plaintiffs, with costs :—Clark v. Perkins, LI 17s ; Downes v. Earner, L2 7s 6d; Kettle v. Medex, L 3 19s Id; Innis v. Briggs, 18s. In the last-mentioned case 25s was claimed.
