; To the Editor. , SIR, —Being a stranger in Dunedin, and having had occasion to alter some of my rsligioup opinions in consequence of new doctrines, inepnsistent with reason and comMensenae, haring been promulgated by the •lergy of the church which I belonged to, wad being desirous of conforming to some .society, or sect . whose religious belief is founded on common sense,' would you or any of jour correspondents, through the medium of your columns, inform me if there exists il tins City a society favorable to Free Thought.
