Snt, —-Supposing that the plans of harbor Improvement provided for bringing'* up the irtdof one of the. docks to abut on to the I ■Wharves and Quays Reserves, would the Corporation be entitled to resist the application of these reserves to their original pur pose ? I trow not. Where then is their proprietory right ?- I am, &c., Question. Dunedin, August 12.
