THE POULTRY ASSOCIATION.
To the Udilor, Sin,—l fully sympathise with “Breeder” in reference to the committee suddenly changing the standard of excellence from Tegetmeir to Wright without any previous notice. But admiring Wright’s standard, I have imported, at various times, from the Home Country, Victoria., Tasmania, Sydney, and other places, breeds to compete in either standard, by anticipating, therefore, if competing at tho ensuing show I am not taken aback like “Breeder” and his friends. The committee, however, in justice to all breeders, ought to havo given timely notice of tho change of standard.—l am, &o , Alex. M'Lonnrt.l. Walker street, July 26.
