Passengers: Mesdames Thomson, Howell, Thompson, Miss Thomson, Master Howell, Messrs Leadie and Webb. saiusb. «. Ju & 26.—Express, s.s., 136 tons, Christian, for the Bluff. Hope, cutter, 25 tons, Scott, for Moexaki. The schooner Atlantic, with a full cargo of timber from Wangapoa, arrived yesterday, and continued hor course to Dunediu with a light N.E. wind. She left Wangapoa on the 12th inst;, and reports the barque Harriet Armitage loading there for this port. The ketch Grace, from Waikouaiti, arrived yesterday afternoon. The schooner Eosanua Eose, with grain from Timaru, sailed up last evening with a light N.E. tJ^t\^' a '-J 7 Sl igam } i> , with car S° and Passengers from the Bluft, arrived at 8 o'clock this morning, and steamed alongside the cross jetty to discharge hj^r ; J he> ,eft the Blnff at 5 p.m. yesterday, and had fine weather along the coast to arrival Tue cutter Hope, with cargo for Moeraki, sailed tins forenoon.
The San Francisco mail steamer did not take her departure this morning, tke sea bein* too heavy on the bar last night. She will be taken out this evening.
