She left Wangapoa on the 12th inst;, and reports the barque Harriet Armitage loading there for this port. The ketch Grace, from Waikouaiti, arrived yesterday afternoon. The San Francisco mail steamer did not take her departure this morning, tke sea bein* too heavy on the bar last night. She will be taken out this evening.
