INTERCOLONIAL NEWS Sydney, July 17. The sailing of the Hero has been postponed till to-morrow. Extremely heavy rain is falling. A flood in the Northern districts is threatened. Boon, the murderer, will be executed on Wednesday. The steamer City of Newcastle has run aground at the Hunter River. Two noon, while taking a line ashore, were drowned. The Arawata sailed from Melbourne for the Bluff yesterday.
