THE SUBMARINE CABLE.
INTERCOLONIAL NEWS. Sydney, July 13, Arrived : Easby, from Wellington. Adelaide, July 15. It is ascertained that the captain of the Geltwood had his wife on hoard, and intended to retire from the sea on the conclusion of the voyage. Twentyseven persons perished in the wreck.
