Sydney, July 12. The Wharapoa's news is of little importance. Small-pox lias broken out on board four ships of the flying sqnadon, which recently left Bombay for China.
A plot has been .discovered to sink the ironclad training ship Caledonia. A Constantinople telegram states that 118 villages in Bulgaria, contain ing 100,000 inhabitants, are in ruins.
