Peter Hcrcus v. James Drummond—sT L2 2i 10d ' for rent and water rates. Mr Deniuston appeared for plaintiff.—From plaintiffs evidence it appeared that defendant occupied one of his houses in York place, and that an understanding had been come to that he should - pay the water rates and the defendant the City rates.—Judgment was given for plaintiff, with costs. F Meenan (trustee in the estate of John Collie) v, Charles Calligan.—Claim L 3 17s, for goods supplied. Defendant admitted the debt. Judgment was given for L2 10s 9a, a claim for rum being struck out Same v. Cray and White.—Claim LI 7s 6d, goods supplied. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs.
Same v. Thomas Wells. - Claim Ll 9s 6d, for painting, portion of a house in King street.-Mr Hay for plaintiff; Mr Mouat for defendant. Judgment for plaintiff with CO3tS.
