INTERCOLONIAL NEWS Sydney, June 27. The Australian Agricultural Company’s miners have resolved to send a circular to England, showing the crowded state of the labor market, and the low earnings. Other companies are expected to do the same. Melboukne, June 27. Mr Talbot, the tragedian, sailed for New Zealand in the Bingarooma. The Government has agreed to join the other Colonies in running a steamer from Port Darwin to Java till the cable has been prepared. The shipment of wool sent to the Antwerp market was unsuccessful. Further proceedings against Messrs Stevenson are mentioned.
The Otago was off the Promontory this morning, burning blue lights during a heavy fog. June 28. Mrs Rainer, a spiritualistic medium, has mysteriously disappeared, and since the 22nd of May no traces of her have been found.
